When we create your design, we use multiple types of stitches to fill and add contour to your logo to make it stand out. The direction of each of those stitches creates a dimension to give your logo that wow factor. We specialize in small text using fine thread where most other companies use lower quality materials. All those annoying threads that connect between the letters – not here – we take the time to
make your logo crisp and clean.
All of our embroidery is done in house which ensures that our quality will always stand true. This also allows us to have effective turnaround times that can meet your tight deadlines.
Digitizing
We use your artwork or design to create your logo into stitches. Then we make your logo come to life with our embroidery machines.
Colors
We only use polyester threads which keeps your design looking good from start to finish. This thread
resists fading from the sun or bleaching in the wash. If you need it matched to a PMS/pantone color we
have you covered. We have hundreds of colors in stock at the ready for your design
Placement of the design
Our experienced operators have years of knowledge with all different apparel, hats and bags. Whether
you want a standard left chest logo or a logo on the panel of a hat, their experience will put it perfectly
into place. You name it we place it!

How Do We Do DTG Printing?
Preparation
The garment, typically made of cotton or a cotton blend, is pre-treated with a liquid solution that helps the ink adhere to the fabric. The pre-treatment solution is applied evenly across the area where the design will be printed, often using a spray gun. After the application, the garment is dried using a heat press.
Printing
The DTG printer applies the design directly onto the garment using water-based inks. The printer head moves back and forth over the garment, spraying tiny droplets of ink that penetrate the fibers of the fabric. The ink is applied layer by layer, building up the colors and details of the design to customize your embroidery.
Loading and Design
The pre-treated garment is carefully loaded onto the platen of the DTG printer. The platen holds the garment flat and in place during the printing process. Meanwhile, the digital design is prepared using graphic design software and then sent to the DTG printer, usually via a computer connected to the printer.
Drying and Finishing
After printing, the ink on the garment needs to be dried and cured to ensure durability and washability. This is typically done using a heat press or a tunnel dryer, which applies heat to set the ink into the fabric. Any final finishing touches, such as folding or packaging, are completed before the garment is ready for sale or distribution.
